This 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu 350 Sport Coupe was purchased new by Sam Stearns of Georgetown at Compton Motors Inc. (before Hewlett) on March 24, 1971 for $3,144.00. I purchased it from Sam in April 1987 for $1,500, which my son drove to Georgetown High School in the 90’s. It sat on the Georgetown Square during the filming of the movie Texas Justice. In 2002 my son-in law Chris Vehrs led a 3-year effort to restore it to its current condition. It is a numbers matching car and restored using mostly the original parts except for upgrading brakes, ignition, and carburetion. Although we intended it to be only a daily driver it has won “first in class” awards at local car shows.

1959 Chevy Apache 3100 Fleetside
I purchased this truck in 1989. The original owner's last name was Wilson. His son purchased it from his dad and his name was Wilson. I was the next buyer of record and my name is Wilson.
The truck was a farm truck and has never been wrecked or painted. After 16 years of blood sweat & tears, she is on the road!

The 1940 Ford was purchased in California in 1986. The car has been through a major rebuild and includes the following:
Mike Calhoun
The car was rescued from a junkyard for $800 and built as a restomod. It has the original 351 with lots of upgrades including aluminum heads, aluminum intake, a nitrous fogger system. The suspension upgrades include a four link and coil overs all the way around. The three speed automatic transmission was swapped out for a Ford Racing five speed manual. It is still a work in progress, with a possible super charger in the future.
